On September 7, RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan met with representatives of LuLu Group International, a major international retail chain, in Dubai. The meeting was also attended by Hayk Mkhitaryan, Economic Adviser to the Armenian Ambassador to the UAE.
The sides discussed opportunities for expanding the presence of Armenian products in LuLu Group International’s hypermarkets and supermarkets.
An agreement was reached to continue cooperation and organise a B2B meeting in Armenia, providing LuLu Group International representatives with an opportunity to meet directly with Armenian producers and familiarise themselves with their products.
LuLu Group International operates in 22 countries and manages more than 280 hypermarkets and supermarkets. The group has a significant presence across the Middle East and Asia and operates the LuLu Hypermarket chain, which is among the major retail chains in several markets.
